OUR sales of the Kia Care-3 service plan throughout 2015 have helped the brand reach a total of 100,000.

We sold 768 in 2015 across all our dealerships in Bristol, Cardiff, Gloucester and Newport, which has contributed towards Kia’s figure.

It is great news that Kia hit a total of 100,000 sales of the Care-3 service plan during last year and we are honoured to have played a part in reaching the total.

The plan offers customers a fixed cost, inflation-proof service for their new Kia on the first three or five services. All work is carried out by our Kia trained technicians and Authorised Repairers, using genuine Kia parts and specified oils.

All Kia Care-3 packages cover the car, not the owner, so are transferable should the vehicle be sold.

Hamish McCowan, Aftersales Director at Kia, said “Kia has had another great year, and the number of Care-3 packages sold is testament to that. Our company puts customer-care first, and since the introduction of this service plan back in June 2011 we have been able to ensure that Kia customers’ products are of the highest quality.
