We signed up for the Institute of Directors

We’re pleased to announce that this month (May, 2015) we have become a part of the UK’s largest and oldest membership organisation for directors and professional leaders.

The Institute of Directors (IOD) is acknowledged world-wide as a leader in business and corporate governance. We feel joining the IOD will benefit our business greatly.

We will be able to gain advice, guidance and support from the IOD, which has more than 100 years of business experience.

As well as this we will be able to meet and network with some of the 34,500 members across the UK. As members we’ll be able to learn from others and gain valuable information to progress our business further.

Eight members of staff have joined the organisation our Managing Director, Keith Brock, Operations Director, Chris Wiseman, Nissan Franchise Director, Dale Richardson, Group Fleet Manager, Andy Provis and Business Specialist Dealers, Kate Hancock, Darren Wesson, Helen Walker and Simon Richardson.

The IOD aims to support members as they grow and develop their organisations. Benefits included as part of the annual membership fee cover resources such as business information, advice and research, access to professional one-to-one advice, places to meet and do business, and the chance to network across the UK both on and offline.
